Ana and Jeff celebrated their lovely wedding on June 19th, 2021. It happened at the Vanderbilt Museum and Planetarium long island NY, As a trusted Long Island wedding florist brand, we got a chance to be a part of this celebration. It was beautiful, and we did our best to add our magic touch to this event. Here are a few words on how the day went.
Venue
If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience at your wedding, Vanderbilt Museum and Planetarium is where to go. This venue offers couples many unique spaces for their wedding celebration. It is one of Long Island’s most celebrated wedding venues and can host as many as 300 guests, depending on the area chosen.
For their celebration, Ana and Jeff used the Mr. Vanderbilt’s golf course and the Celebration Tent. They also made use of the courtyard, and everyone had a fabulous time. We especially loved the magnificent views of Northport Bay and the Hall of Fishes at this wedding.
The Celebration
As these lovely photos from the wedding photographer @cesarlumobox show, this celebration was beautiful. We especially love the role we got to play in this wedding as their NYC florist, Our florals greatly complimented many parts of this celebration.
For example, check out how the gorgeous reds of the potted plants contrasted beautifully in the Courtyard photoshoot. The bouquet the bride and bridesmaids used was also from us and really complimented their looks too.
Next up was the ceremony itself, where Ana was walked down the aisle by her delighted father. Here we used the planted aisle design. This modern trend has flowers blooming from the edge of the guest’s seat, as you can see.
The key with this design is that it looks to be almost organically planted and creates a gorgeous and unforgettable look. We achieved that flawlessly at this event. The planted arc that served as the altar where this couple exchanged their vows was also unique and excellent.
The Celebration Tent is another space where you can see the flowers from Fleurissimo NYC light up the room. Our gorgeous centerpieces were the very picture of elegance and beauty. They brought the magic of nature into the atmosphere of this wedding, and the results were outstanding.
Why We Loved Ana and Jeff’s New York Wedding
We loved that we got a chance to showcase our NYC florist skills at this Long Island wedding. Ana and Jeff are a lovely couple to work with. We enjoyed bringing beauty and color into their day.
